Call, text, or send the form: what the vehicle is doing (a video of the noise helps more than you’d think), the year/make/model, and where it’s sitting — a Savannah driveway, an employer’s lot near the port, or a roadside. That’s enough for us to talk likely causes and set a visit window.

2. We Diagnose at the Vehicle

We come to the car and test — battery, charging, starter, brakes, codes, whatever the symptoms point at. You get told what the readings actually say, in plain English, not a parts-cannon guess.

3. The Quote Comes in Writing, Before the Work

Parts, labor, the whole number — written down and in your hands before a wrench turns. You approve it or you don’t. If we uncover something different mid-job, work stops and you get a call and choices, never a padded invoice. That written quote also travels well: forward it to a spouse, a parent, or whoever else weighs in on the decision.

What Moves a Price

• The part itself — a battery for a compact and one for a 3/4-ton truck are different animals; alternators and brake parts range the same way
• The vehicle — some engines put a starter in easy reach; some bury it under half an intake
• The situation — a scheduled driveway visit and an urgent roadside call are quoted for what they are
• What the tests find — we price what actually failed, which is often cheaper than what the internet guessed
